Overcoming positioning challenges for a comprehensive fit-out

In February 2019, ongoing client, Shape, called on Force Fire to complete fit-out works for Ausgrid’s Roden Cutler House.

Our goals and challenges

These works were spread over 17 floors. Such a large area presented a range of challenges, including:

• Exposed soffit throughout
• Maintaining protection of the sub-station while integrating the fit-out into a large system
• The positioning of the substation – between the mezzanine level and commercial floors

Key outcomes

In this case, attention to detail was essential. And it’s what helped us to deliver. What’s more, we completed the project on time and to budget. A win on all fronts.
