Located in the heart of Sydney’s Circular Quay, 33 Alfred Street is an iconic commercial tower undergoing a significant redevelopment to re-establish its position as a premium-grade office building. As part of the building's major transformation, Force Fire was engaged by Built to deliver a comprehensive fire protection solution tailored to the building’s complex structure and high-performance design goals.
Force Fire’s scope included the full design, supply, and installation of a combined fire sprinkler and hydrant system, along with advanced detection and Emergency Warning and Intercommunication Systems (EWIS). Working within an operational CBD environment and under tight scheduling constraints, our team coordinated closely with the broader project team to ensure seamless integration of fire systems into the upgraded building services. The result is a fully compliant, reliable, and future-ready fire protection system that supports the safety, functionality, and sustainability of one of Sydney’s landmark commercial assets.
