In 2021, Force Fire strengthened its presence in Queensland through the acquisition of Brisbane Fire Protection. This strategic move broadened our local capability and enhanced our ability to deliver responsive, high-quality service across the region—backed by decades of experience and strong community ties.

Headquartered in New South Wales and Queensland, Force Fire employs a workforce of over 200 highly trained professionals. Our team of over 140 field technicians includes more than 30 licensed electricians who bring deep industry experience and specialised expertise to every project. He is committed to building a high-performance culture founded on collaboration, respect, and accountability. Michael’s leadership style is approachable yet strategic—balancing long-term vision with the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions. Under his direction, Force Fire has strengthened its position as a trusted provider of fire protection solutions, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and client service.

Bryan Starkey

Chief Financial Officer

Bryan joined Force Fire in 2018 and has since been instrumental in ensuring the business remains financially robust while pursuing strategic growth opportunities. As CFO, he oversees all aspects of financial management, governance, and reporting, applying a strong focus on operational efficiency and long-term sustainability. Bryan’s approach is transparent and collaborative, ensuring that decisions are well-informed and aligned with both company objectives and client expectations. His ability to combine commercial insight with a pragmatic mindset has made him a trusted advisor to the executive team.
