Located at the heart of Western Sydney’s premier civic and commercial precinct, 4 Parramatta Square is a world-class commercial development delivering 65,000m² of premium-grade office space across 33 floors. Force Fire was engaged by Built to deliver a comprehensive fire protection system to match the complexity and scale of this high-rise environment.
Our team designed, supplied, and installed a fully integrated fire sprinkler and hydrant system, along with advanced fire detection and EWIS solutions, to ensure occupant safety and strict compliance with fire codes. Given the building’s vertical structure and its integration into a broader masterplan precinct, careful coordination and sequencing of services were critical. Force Fire delivered a robust, scalable solution that supports the ongoing safety and operational resilience of one of Greater Sydney’s most prominent commercial towers.
