Scope of Work: Over 24,000 sqm of on-floor make-good works were completed over four years, creating four distinctive speculative suites across two floors. The suites feature curved timber wall panelling, gold leaf cork wall linings, and custom plaster and timber batten ceilings.
Force Fire installed fire protection systems throughout the project, collaborating with Sandstone Project Management, Gray Puksand, and NDY Group to ensure full compliance and seamless integration with the bespoke interiors.
