Delivered in collaboration with Charter Hall, this modern facility is strategically positioned at the intersection of Gardeners Road and Bourke Road in Alexandria, offering exceptional connectivity to the greater Sydney metropolitan area.

Spanning nearly 26,000sqm of high-quality logistics space, including 5,000sqm of A-grade office space and wellbeing amenities, Ascent on Bourke is designed to meet the demands of today's fast-paced industry. The facility not only optimises space but also enhances operational efficiency, setting new benchmarks in a land-constrained market.
