Ascent on Bourke is a multi-level warehouse representing a milestone in Sydney’s logistics infrastructure. Strategically located at the intersection of Gardeners Road and Bourke Road, it spans nearly 26,000 sqm of premium logistics space, including 5,000 sqm of A-grade office space and wellbeing amenities.
Force Fire delivered fully integrated fire protection solutions, tailored to the scale and complexity of the development. Working closely with Charter Hall and project stakeholders, the team ensured systems were seamlessly incorporated while meeting rigorous safety, compliance, and operational standards.
