Scope of Work:
The Ausgrid Newcastle HQ project delivered a modern, sustainable workspace across four floors of a newly constructed CLT building in Newcastle’s CBD. Designed to achieve a 6 Star Green Star rating, the facility supports up to 350 employees and features flexible meeting areas, a multifunctional town hall, and collaborative breakout spaces reflecting contemporary workplace practices.
Force Fire developed and installed bespoke fire protection systems that integrated seamlessly with the custom fitout, ensuring safety and compliance without compromising design. Close collaboration with SHAPE Australia, 4PM Projects, Studio P3, Aston Consulting, Cundall, and other stakeholders enabled smooth delivery of tailored solutions.
This project demonstrates Force Fire’s expertise in delivering innovative fire safety systems for premium commercial fitouts, balancing compliance, safety, and design excellence.
