Scope of Work:
The BITZER facility delivers a state-of-the-art industrial and manufacturing environment, combining warehouse, production, and office spaces. The 8,300 m² warehouse and manufacturing area, 960 m² of office space, and a 15 m deep cantilever awning provide operational flexibility. Structural elements include 2,250 m² of precast warehouse and office panels and 416 m² of precast boundary retaining walls up to 4 m high.
Force Fire delivered a fully tailored fire protection system, integrated with the facility’s design while meeting stringent compliance and safety standards. From early-stage design through to handover, the team focused on precision, reliability, and efficiency.
