Scope of Work:

Two purpose-built logistics facilities were delivered to support expanded operations across Greater Sydney, forming a large-scale industrial development designed to meet the speed, flexibility and capacity requirements of modern freight and technology distribution networks.

The development comprises a 20,000m² technology warehouse, a 17,500m² transport warehouse, and 2,220m² of integrated office space. Supporting infrastructure includes extensive hardstand areas and on-site parking, enabling efficient high-volume freight movement and streamlined operational logistics. The facilities are purpose-built for both high-throughput distribution and secure, high-value technology storage environments.

Force Fire delivered the fire protection systems across the entire development, ensuring compliant installation and seamless coordination within large-format warehouse environments and integrated office spaces. Works were carefully staged and coordinated with the broader project team to maintain program efficiency and system integrity throughout delivery.

A defining feature of the development is the bespoke office façade, incorporating repurposed hardwood trusses salvaged from the 1920s Lidcombe Tramsheds. This adaptive reuse element introduces heritage materiality into a contemporary industrial setting, adding depth and character to the architectural outcome.
