Located at 33 Alfred Street in Sydney’s Circular Quay precinct, Lander & Rogers’ new Sydney office forms part of the redevelopment of a significant heritage-listed landmark and Sydney’s first skyscraper. The project combines a contemporary workplace with the building’s distinctive heritage character and intricate architectural features.
Force Fire delivered the fire protection systems throughout the building, integrating the required services within the existing heritage structure and around the newly completed feature stairs and structural steel. The works required careful coordination with the project team to ensure fire protection requirements were achieved without compromising the architectural intent of the space.
The completed installation demonstrates the successful integration of modern fire protection systems within a heritage environment, supporting a safe, compliant and high-quality commercial workplace while preserving the character of this landmark Sydney building.
