The Lune Croissanterie at Rosebery Engine Yards delivers a world-class bakery experience, combining craftsmanship with a vibrant retail environment. Supporting 65 bakers producing up to 5,400 croissants daily, the facility features a temperature-controlled glass cube, allowing customers to watch the artistry behind every creation.
Force Fire implemented bespoke fire protection systems across production and retail areas, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency while preserving the space’s design. Collaboration with Taylor Australia and project partners ensured seamless integration of fire safety solutions that support both staff and visitors.
