Force Fire was engaged by MPA Projects to deliver the fire protection systems across the Maddocks tenancy within 33 Alfred Street, a landmark building located in Sydney’s first skyscraper and CBD heritage precinct.
The works formed part of a broader staged refurbishment of the building, requiring careful integration of modern fire safety systems within an existing heritage structure. All systems were installed with a focus on maintaining compliance, performance reliability, and alignment with the architectural and structural constraints of the original building fabric.
Coordination across the live refurbishment environment was critical, with multiple levels of the building being progressively upgraded as part of the wider redevelopment program. The delivery approach ensured fire protection systems were seamlessly incorporated while supporting the ongoing transformation of the workplace.
