Scope of Work:
We are the current incumbent providing fire protection services at Riparian Plaza. This iconic 53-storey riverside tower accommodates premium commercial offices, luxury residences, and high-end retail tenancies, requiring exceptional standards of service and system reliability. Our work has included the supply and installation of fire sprinkler systems, detection equipment, and EWIS solutions across multiple tenancy fitouts and refurbishments within the building. We continue to service and maintain all fire protection assets throughout the site, ensuring operational integrity and full compliance.
The maintenance scope includes fire detection and EWIS systems, sprinkler systems, fire pumpsets, hydrants, hose reels, extinguishers, fire blankets, and water storage tanks. All works are delivered with a focus on minimal disruption, attention to detail, and respect for the building’s premium positioning in Brisbane’s commercial landscape.
