Scope of Work:
Rosebery Engine Yards is an award-winning adaptive reuse development revitalising pre-war industrial buildings into a vibrant mixed-use precinct. Spanning 1.9 hectares, the project integrates boutique workspaces, high-end retail showrooms, and a dynamic food and beverage precinct.
Force Fire delivered fire protection systems that respected the heritage character of the industrial sheds while meeting modern compliance standards. Close collaboration with Taylor Australia, Goodman, and project stakeholders ensured seamless integration of fire safety solutions with the architectural vision, supporting both safety and preservation objectives.
This project demonstrates Force Fire’s ability to deliver high-performance fire protection in complex, heritage-sensitive developments. Rosebery Engine Yards also received the Lord Mayor's Prize at the Australian Institute of Architects NSW Architecture Awards, highlighting its significance and excellence.
