Partnering with FDC Construction & Fitout, this iconic Sydney CBD building now features four distinctive speculative suites spanning two floors.

These suites showcase curved timber wall panelling, gold leaf cork wall linings, and custom plaster and timber batten ceilings. Designed to cater to a variety of businesses, each suite offers meeting rooms, breakout spaces, collaboration zones, and serene quiet rooms, all with expansive views of the Sydney CBD.
