We’re proud to have delivered fire safety solutions for the newly opened Lune Croissanterie at Rosebery Engine Yards, which officially welcomed customers on Saturday, 7 December.

This world-renowned bakery combines craftsmanship and innovation, with a team of 65 bakers producing up to 5,400 croissants daily. At the heart of the space is a temperature-controlled glass cube, offering an up-close view of the meticulous artistry behind every flaky, buttery creation.

The Rosebery store serves as both a production hub and a vibrant space for customers to enjoy freshly baked pastries. Our fire protection measures ensure that this exceptional venue operates safely, safeguarding the people and creativity that bring it to life.
