Rosebery Engine Yards

Introducing Rosebery Engine Yards, a dynamic hub nestled in Sydney’s southern precinct, seamlessly blending modern functionality with sustainable practices

This vibrant workspace offers a myriad of amenities, including commercial and showroom spaces, a childcare centre, retail food and beverage precincts, and convenient parking facilities.

As we collaborate with our partners on this project, our dedication to sustainability is evident in our focus on installing eco-friendly fire safety systems. The overall goal is to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design and As Built v1.3 rating, alongside a 5 Star NABERS accreditation. Our expertise lies in implementing green initiatives such as material reuse and adaptive reuse of heritage buildings, along with the installation of solar rooftop, and advanced energy and water monitoring systems. Together, we are driving towards a greener future.

Despite its rich heritage as a former factory, this 90-year-old building stands as a testament to adaptive reuse, with over 20,000 bricks and various elements repurposed to breathe new life into the space.
