In October of 2019, we undertook a project for Prime Constructions. We were engaged to design and install fire sprinklers across a 28,000m² warehouse – purpose-built for the storage of market leader’s pharmaceuticals.

Our goals and challenges

Keeping on top of the ever-evolving program and many project milestones was a major focus for us. But the main challenge surrounded the purpose of the warehouse: the pharmaceutical products.

With a huge array of products, complex packaging and very specific temperature requirements, designing the fire sprinklers was a highly challenging task.

Key outcomes

We successfully handed over our fire services without a glitch. We also managed all other deliverables smoothly.

In the end our client was happy – and so was Prime Constructions.
