Delivering successful outcomes in the face of challenge

Quick overview

In January of 2018, we undertook a residential project for our partner, JQZ. We were engaged to supply and install a combined hydrant-sprinkler system in four high-rise towers and three basement carpark levels.

Our goals and challenges

The sheer size of the project was challenging in itself – along with tight deadlines too!

It meant we needed to overcome significant hurdles to meet fabrication deliverables and find appropriate labour resources.

Key outcomes

But thanks to our team’s hard work and dedication, the project was a success. In fact, it was a key milestone for Force Fire – the first of three JQZ projects to meet a practical completion for 2019.

We received excellent feedback from the fire engineer and brigade regarding the system’s design and operation.
